- You either have AS225r1, which you should ditch (useless these days),
- or AS225r2, which you really shouldn't have because it was only
- available for developers. The software is now available in an enhanced
- form as the I-Net 225 TCP/IP stack from Interworks.

- People have told you to not use IPX drivers. While they're right in
- that it is the Novell protocol, as far as I've understood (I haven't
- done much TCP/IP under DOS/Windows), those same drivers are used as
- the low-level hardware interface for TCP/IP. Having them loaded won't
- hurt, tho. At the very least you'll need the NE2000 driver, Winpkt,
- and Trumpet.

- This is not the IP address, but the Ethernet address of the board. To
- set the IP address, configure Trumpet. You'll also need to set up
- some routes on the Amiga, or make sure ARP is running. This takes more
- work than on the PC because the stack is a direct port of the BSD
- networking code.. The extra capabilities (such as handling multiple
- interfaces) come at a cost of some added complexity. I'm not
- experienced in setting up Ethernet on an Amiga, so I can't offer more
- help with that. You might want to consider buying I-Net 225 or AmiTCP
- for the documentation...
